RGC was founded by Mario Roque Bello, a general contractor who spent years watching the same story repeat on Central Oregon job sites: homeowners juggling a siding crew, a framer, a roofer and a hauler — four schedules, four standards, and gaps in between where problems live.
The fix wasn't a bigger company. It was a focused one: master five trades that naturally belong together — the envelope and structure of a home — and deliver them with one schedule, one standard and one person whose name is on the truck.
Today RGC serves homeowners, realtors and property managers across Bend, Redmond, Sisters and the wider High Desert. Licensed, bonded and insured, we show up with straight quotes and we leave clean sites — because around here, reputation is the only marketing that compounds.
